We accept returns only for eligible products within 5 days of delivery.
under the following circumstances:
You receive a damaged product.
You receive the wrong item.
The product has a manufacturing or quality issue.
To request a return, simply visit your Order Tracking page and click the Return option. Once your request is submitted, our support team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to verify the issue. If your request meets our return eligibility criteria, the return will be approved and processed.
For Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) orders:
The advance payment made during checkout is non-refundable, as it covers shipping and order processing charges. If your return is approved, only the eligible refundable amount (excluding the advance payment) will be refunded according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Note: Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and invoices. Shvetraag Jewels reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after verification.
