Section 13 - Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment verification.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or courier delays.

Once an order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp on the registered mobile number.

Customers can also track their orders using the Track Order option available in the bottom navigation of our website.

Section 14 - Partial Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available as Partial COD for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.

For Partial COD orders, the advance payment made during checkout is non-refundable, as it covers shipping and order processing charges, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Section 15 - Return, Refund and Exchange

Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery only for:

• Damaged products.
• Incorrect products.
• Manufacturing or quality defects.

Products must be unused and unworn and must be returned with their original packaging, accessories, invoices and tags intact.

Returns are not accepted for used or worn jewellery, products damaged after delivery, requests made after 5 days of delivery, or change-of-mind/personal-preference requests.

Eligible exchanges are also available within 5 days of delivery for damaged, incorrect or defective products.

Return and exchange requests can be initiated through the Order Tracking page by selecting the Return option.

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and successfully passes quality inspection. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Section 16 - Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

SHVETRAAG JEWELS may also cancel orders due to reasons including unavailability of materials, incorrect product listings or suspected fraudulent transactions.

For prepaid orders cancelled by SHVETRAAG JEWELS, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method or registered bank account, and the customer will be notified via email.

Section 17 - Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

The Service and products made available through the Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to applicable law.
