Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via WhatsApp on your registered mobile number. You can also track your order anytime using the Track Order option available in the bottom navigation of our website.

Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

Cash on Delivery is available as Partial COD for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes. A percentage of the order value must be paid online during checkout, while the remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.


Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only within 5 days from the date of delivery and only if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product has a manufacturing or quality defect.

Products returned must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging along with all accessories, invoices, and tags.

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Used or worn jewellery.
  • Products damaged after delivery.
  • Requests made after 5 days of delivery.
  • Returns due to change of mind or personal preference.

How to Request a Return

Return requests can be initiated directly from the Order Tracking page by clicking the Return option.

After submitting your request, our customer support team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone for verification. Once the request is approved, the return process will be initiated.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully passes our quality inspection.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Partial COD orders, the advance payment made during checkout is non-refundable, as it covers shipping and order processing charges. Only the eligible refundable amount will be processed after approval.


Exchange Policy

Eligible products can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or defective products only.

Exchange requests must be initiated through the Order Tracking page. Our team will verify the request before approving the exchange.
